Featuring a Buddha image in the Mo Ya posture, this sacred amulet originated from the skilled hands of ten Mu artisans and royal craftsmen during 1839–1891. Renowned for its sacred powers, it has been widely celebrated since the reign of King Rama IV to the present, commanding the highest trading price in the metal amulet category. The amulet’s creation involves the auspicious Phra Phutthaphisek ceremony, accompanied by astrologers, Brahmin rituals, and worship ceremonies, invoking celestial forces to partake in various sacred rituals.
The Pawaret Buddha amulet, cherished by ancient devotees, possesses a distinctive black metal body that reveals a champagne hue upon gentle scrubbing.
