พระชัยวัฒน์ หลวงปู่บุญ จัดสร้างด้วยวิธีเททองหล่อแบบโบราณ เมื่อ ร.ศ.๑๑๘ ตามตัวเลขที่ปรากฏตรงฐาน พระชัยวัฒน์ พิมพ์ชะลูด องค์ยอดช่อ ซึ่งตรงกับ พ.ศ.๒๔๔๓

พระชัยวัฒน์ หลวงปู่บุญ วัดกลางบางแก้ว ร.ศ.๑๑๘ ที่จารจารึกไว้องค์ปลายสุดของพุ่มช่อ พิมพ์ชะลูด เป็นข้อมูลที่บ่งบอกให้ทราบถึง ปีที่สร้าง ซึ่งเมื่อเทียบเป็น พ.ศ. แล้วก็คือ พ.ศ.๒๔๔๓
