WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Exchange and Return Policy

You are liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling of the items. Likewise, all returned pieces of amulets or antique jewelry go through quality examination to assess deterioration of the products.

Return conditions

• After receiving the items, we prefer customers check the item.
• To be eligible for return, returned item(s) must be in the conditions according to Na Siam Antique Policy, 30% of the deduction from the total refund and warranty card has to be undamaged and returned with the product.
• Items eligible for return must be in their original condition. Items with a warranty must be returned for inspection first and will be considered on a case by case.

Return reasons;

• Items damaged in shipping : when the piece of amulets or antique jewelry arrives, the customer finds that the parcel or the item is damaged. The client must take a picture of the damaged, box ,and make a video recording of the parcel ordered online and send it to Na Siam Antique (the items must be unused).
• Wrong item : the pieces of amulets or antique jewelry on the website or social media platforms do not match the items that customer ordered or received. The items must be unused.

The customer can return any unused items within 7 days from the date you received the items.

Exchange conditions

• To be eligible for exchange, exchanged item(s) must be in the conditions according to Na Siam Antique Policy, 20% of the deduction from the total refund and warranty card has to be undamaged and returned with the product.
• Replacement items must be in perfect condition (Perfect condiion means the items will not get changed or damaged)

Exchange reasons;

• In case 20% of the deduction from the total refund — The client changes their mind.

• The customer must exchange to other higher value which the customer has to pay the difference. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Na Siam Antique and delivery fee of new items.

• In case exchange with no surcharge are allowed within 7 days after customer receive the product — Regarding the delivery of defective or an incorrect product.

• The pieces of amulets or antique jewelry on the website or social media platforms do not match the items that customer ordered or received. The items must be unused and the customer can exchange the same model.

Replacement or return of products that have a warranty are not covered the following damaged;

• Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, abnormal use or customer accident (falling, cracking, broken, bent, dented).
• Items that are worn out from normal use or use it in the wrong way, incorrect use, incorrect storage or maintenance
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

2. Customer notice that you have ordered wrong model and want to do a product change, customer can ask for a replacement to a correct model. The customer must exchange to other higher value which the customer has to pay the difference.

The exchange item(s) must meet the following criterias;

• Exchanged item(s) must be in the conditions according to Na Siam Antique, 20% of the deduction from the total refund.
• You will, therefore, need to fully return product together with its packaging, warranty card has to be undamaged and remain in good condition.
• Replacement items must be in perfect condition (Perfect condiion means the items will not get changed or damaged)
• You will return the item(s) at your own expense.

You will need to return the original item within 7 days

3. To be eligible for return and exchange, each purchase must have a value of at least 200,000 THB.

4. If customer choose to purchase a product, customer must designate and provide information about a preferred payment method (e.g. credit card, online payment service or any other payment method available by Na Siam Antique)

5. Your amulet or jewelry is warranted by Na Siam Antique for a period one year from the original date of purchase, in each case under the terms and condition of warranty.

This warranty is void if the piece has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Na Siam Antique sales. A copy of the warranty card will be required for proof of purchase.
